in fact you can find people from all countries und nations all over the world in Berlin. From India, Africa, Vietnam, Poland, the Balkan countries, West-Germany ;-)
There are big turkish and arabian communities, meanwhile the russian community has become the biggest among them.

She looks Indian. Is that unusual for Berlin? It is still fairly unusual for my city, Nashville, TN.
